Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. However, we will gladly assist in filing a support claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
